This egg separator is made from food safe, BPA free PP plastic and has 4 slots for the white of the egg to slip through.

Crack the egg into the separator, shake a couple of times and the yolk will stay firmly in the cup. 

The separator is solid, durable and easy to clean and is dishwasher safe.
